1. The minimum amount to be deposited in opening an emerald deposit account shall be twenty five thousand pesos (P25,000.00). The maturity dates of emerald deposit shall be:
a. 30 days
b. 60 days
c. 90 days
d. 120 days
f. 150 days
g. 180 days
h. 360 days
2. The interest rate shall be determined by the bank and shall automatically be adjusted depending on prevailing interest rates.
3. Emerald deposits are not transferable.
4. If withdrawal is made before maturity date, the rate of interest shall be the rate of interest on regular savings deposit.
5. If not renewed on maturity date, interest shall be computed at savings rate unless client has instructions for
automatic renewal/roll-over.
